ChampionVerse — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ChampionVerse websites, MemberZones, AI analyzers (AIRO), and assistants (CoachBot/SportAgentBot) (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for your account and password and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.

3. Services & Features

MemberZone courses with videos and downloadable PDFs.
AIRO video analyzers that process uploads and provide automated insights.
CoachBot & SportAgentBot assistants for training support and athlete development.

4. Health, Safety & AI Limitations

Not medical advice. Content is educational only. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing training.
Inherent risk. Sports involve risk of injury. You assume these risks.
AI limitations. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use judgment and verify with a qualified coach.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate laws; infringe rights; upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; interfere with the Services; introduce malware; scrape; reverse engineer; or bypass security/rate limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your Content, AI Outputs & Licenses

User Content: You own the videos, images, and text you upload (“User Content”). You grant ChampionVerse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, reproduce, and display User Content as needed to operate, maintain, protect, and improve the Services and to comply with law.
AI Outputs: Subject to third-party rights and these Terms, you may use AI outputs generated from your inputs for any lawful purpose. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
Improving the Services: We may use de-identified or aggregated data to improve features, algorithms, and performance.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service materials (design, software, models, text, graphics, logos, course content, and trademarks) are owned by ChampionVerse or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

8. Payments, Trials & Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each term unless you cancel before renewal in your account settings.
Trials convert to paid plans at the posted price unless canceled before the trial ends.
Except where required by law or stated in our posted refund policy, fees are non-refundable.
Payments are processed by third-party providers; their terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Third-Party Services

Some features link to or integrate third-party tools that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Privacy

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to those practices.

11. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe your copyright is infringed, email a notice to [email protected] with: (a) your contact info, (b) a description of the work, (c) the URL of the allegedly infringing material, (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and (e) your signature. We may remove or disable content and terminate repeat infringers.

12. Security & Deletion

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Services, but no system is perfectly secure. To request deletion of your account or content, contact [email protected].

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, legal risk, or as required by law. Provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAMPIONVERSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAMPIONVERSE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT (OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).

16. Changes

We may modify the Services and these Terms. We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are posted, and for material changes we may provide additional notice (e.g., email or in-product). Continued use means acceptance.

17. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, USA.

18. Export Controls & Sanctions

You may not use the Services if prohibited by applicable export control or sanctions laws. You agree to comply with such laws.

19. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, labor disputes, governmental actions).

20. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and ChampionVerse regarding the Services.
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; the rest remains in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
