ChampionVerse — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChampionVerse websites, MemberZones, AI analyzers (AIRO), and assistants (CoachBot/SportAgentBot) (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for your account and password and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.

3. Services & Features

MemberZone courses with videos and downloadable PDFs.
AIRO video analyzers that process uploads and provide automated insights.
CoachBot & SportAgentBot assistants for training support and athlete development.

4. Health, Safety & AI Limitations

Not medical advice. Content is educational only. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing training.
Inherent risk. Sports involve risk of injury. You assume these risks.
AI limitations. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use judgment and verify with a qualified coach.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate laws; infringe rights; upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; interfere with the Services; introduce malware; scrape; reverse engineer; or bypass security/rate limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your Content, AI Outputs & Licenses

User Content: You own the videos, images, and text you upload ("User Content"). You grant ChampionVerse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, reproduce, and display User Content as needed to operate, maintain, protect, and improve the Services and to comply with law.
AI Outputs: Subject to third-party rights and these Terms, you may use AI outputs generated from your inputs for any lawful purpose. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
Improving the Services: We may use de-identified or aggregated data to improve features, algorithms, and performance.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service materials (design, software, models, text, graphics, logos, course content, and trademarks) are owned by ChampionVerse or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Auto-Renewal: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize ChampionVerse to automatically charge your payment method at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) until you cancel.
Pre-Renewal Notice: Stripe will send you an email reminder 3–7 days before your subscription renews.
Trials: Trials convert to paid plans at the posted price unless canceled before the trial ends.
Refunds: Except where required by law or stated in our posted refund policy, fees are generally non-refundable.
Pricing Changes: If subscription prices change, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. The new rate applies at your next renewal.
Payment Processors: Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe); their terms and privacy policies apply.

9. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Using your Stripe Customer Portal (link provided in your confirmation email), OR
Emailing us at [email protected]

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

12. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe your copyright is infringed, email a notice to [email protected].

13. Security & Deletion

To request deletion of your account or content, contact [email protected].
